Problem
The product needed to grow in functionality and consistency across web and mobile while keeping a scalable base aligned with sports-community needs.
Solution
We built and evolved full-stack features, strengthened the Design System, and connected web/mobile with APIs and automations to speed delivery and operations.
Contributions
- Feature implementation with TypeScript, Vue.js, Flutter, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Reusable components and Design System contributions.
- Collaboration on functional definition, flow validation, and architecture.
- Responsive Pixel Perfect interfaces and web/mobile consistency.
- AI automations and integrations for internal processes.
Challenges
- Keeping experience consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Turning business requirements into scalable technical solutions without slowing delivery.
Decisions
- Prioritize reusable components and a Design System to scale UI with less friction.
